Description

  • Identify, research, and prospect strategic partners across the breeder segment to create new partnership opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach through email and phone to engage and qualify leads.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline in a CRM system.
  • Schedule and support meetings that advance partnership opportunities and drive conversion.
  • Work closely with Business Development leadership to grow relationships with strategic partners in the breeder space.
  • Partner with Account and Operations Managers to support onboarding and ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as pipeline growth, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  • Contribute field insights to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies in partnership with the Business Development team.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to meet with prospective partners and build client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate program benefits to the specific needs of strategic partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize as needed.
  • Experience in insurance, animal health, or pet-related industries.
  • Experience working with dog breeders is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Remote U.S.-based role, with Midwest-based candidates strongly preferred.
