Description

  • Conduct high-value consultations with leads provided by the company’s lead-generation engine.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new qualified leads across video, phone, and email.
  • Explain Facet’s flat-fee membership model and its value in addressing prospects’ financial stress and goals.
  • Guide prospects through complex emotional and financial decision-making with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Member Experience, and Marketing teams to create a seamless member journey.
  • Participate in structured professional development through weekly group training and weekly 1:1 coaching.
  • Build rapport with prospects and maintain clear, high-impact communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, including retirement, investments, tax, and estate planning.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to guide prospects through complex emotional and financial decisions.
  • Proficient with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, digitally focused environment.
  • A deep passion for learning and continuous skill refinement.
  • Motivated by the goal of helping underserved Americans achieve financial freedom.

  • $170,000–$205,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential.
  • $70,000–$90,000 base salary.
