Description

  • Develop a channel plan aligned with regional sales goals to increase revenue through partners in Scandinavia, Finland, and the Baltics.
  • Identify gaps in channel coverage and lead the onboarding of new partners with support from internal teams and local distributors.
  • Coordinate channel resources such as marketing, sales engineering, and operations to support planning and execution.
  • Prioritize partner growth activities and build strong relationships with top-performing partners in the region.
  • Secure partner commitment to account plans, activities, and investments.
  • Track partner activity and sales opportunities in CRM (SFDC).
  • Maintain day-to-day partner engagement and provide timely responses to strengthen relationships.
  • Promote partner capabilities internally and improve their visibility within Extreme’s sales organization.
  • Facilitate regular sales and technical updates with partners on solutions and sales strategies.
  • Support and host local and regional partner events focused on products, programs, training, marketing, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Based in Stockholm, Sweden; relocation is not included.
  • Experience in reseller or channel sales.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner go-to-market strategies and economics.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and align business goals with partners’ success criteria.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, on a non-daily basis.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as SFDC (implied by the role).
