Description

  • Develop scalable partner onboarding, readiness, and success frameworks across APAC.
  • Deliver technical workshops, boot camps, hands-on labs, architecture sessions, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Train partner engineers and sales teams on Platform ONE, networking, security, cloud, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Support solution design reviews, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, customer workshops, and value-selling activities.
  • Create and localize partner-facing presentations, playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, and sales motions.
  • Drive adoption of partner programs, certifications, competencies, incentives, portals, quoting systems, and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Support partner business plans, competitive replacement opportunities, new-logo campaigns, and partner-led growth initiatives.
  • Track readiness, certification, program participation, pipeline, revenue, onboarding, and partner satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, distributors, and alliance partners.
  • Represent the APAC partner community and provide feedback to improve products, tools, programs, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Programs, Sales Operations, Enablement, Training, or Customer Success.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including switching, wireless, cloud networking, security, automation, and AI.
  • Experience working with indirect sales, channel partners, distributors, or alliance ecosystems.
  • Experience presenting to technical and business audiences.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into repeatable, scalable partner motions and execute independently in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC as required.
  • Experience with Extreme Networks solutions and partner programs (preferred).
  • Experience designing readiness programs, using learning platforms, CRM and channel management tools, or applying MEDDPICC, value-selling, or solution-selling methodologies (preferred).
