Description

  • Own short-term and long-term goals for channel partners in Scandinavia.
  • Develop and manage the territory channel development plan, including partner mapping, gap identification, and recruitment and onboarding of new partners.
  • Coordinate channel teammate resources such as channel marketing, channel sales engineers, and channel operations in planning activities.
  • Engage partner resources in account planning and secure commitment to associated activities and investments.
  • Track major partner activities and sales opportunities in CRM (SFDC).
  • Maintain day-to-day visibility within partner accounts and provide timely responses to build strong relationships.
  • Improve partners’ visibility and internal perception within Extreme’s sales organization.
  • Facilitate regular sales and technical updates with partner teams.
  • Host partner events to review products, programs, training needs, marketing activities, and open issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
  • Based in Sweden or Norway, preferably in the Stockholm or Oslo area; relocation is not included.
  • Experience in reseller or channel sales.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner go-to-market strategies and economics.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and understand partners’ key success criteria.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
