Description

  • Own intake for AI integration connector requests across the company and prioritize work based on business value and technical readiness.
  • Lead sponsored AI builds from intake through launch, coordinating scope, schedule, dependencies, and cross-functional decisions.
  • Serve as the front door for stakeholder requests by triaging inquiries, managing office hours, and running support channels.
  • Translate between engineering and business stakeholders to keep requests clear and engineers focused on shipping.
  • Coordinate across DevX, DevOps, Product Engineering, and business champions to surface and resolve ownership gaps and dependencies.
  • Run planning, check-in, and retrospective cadences for the AI program.
  • Break down roadmap work into tickets, sequencing, owners, and execution plans.
  • Manage communication through briefs, meeting recaps, launch notes, and operating updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Platform Product roles.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Experience owning at least 1–2 shipped integrations, connectors, internal workflows, or system-to-system capabilities involving APIs, authentication, data exchange, or similar technical patterns.
  • Hands-on technical fluency with APIs, OAuth flows, schemas, webhook payloads, permissions, and failure handling.
  • Direct AI/LLM product experience within the last 12–18 months, including at least 1 internal AI/LLM workflow, pilot, prototype, or shipped feature.
  • Comfort working with MCP, agent frameworks such as Claude Code, LangChain, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK, prompt design, and agentic workflows.
  • Experience managing or supporting intake or backlog processes and balancing urgent requests against roadmap priorities.
  • Experience driving projects or workstreams from intake through launch with ownership of scope, timelines, dependencies, follow-ups, and communication.
  • Experience operating as a front door for a technical team through intake, triage, office hours, or support channels.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience producing briefs, launch notes, meeting recaps, and operating updates.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in a developer platform team, internal developer platform, enterprise integration team, or internal automation platform team.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with connector backlogs, integration programs, plugin ecosystems, API platforms, or shared internal tooling.
  • Nice-to-have: background in Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, Operations, Support Ops, or another non-engineering function.
  • Nice-to-have: experience supporting adoption of an internal tool, workflow, or platform from pilot to repeatable use.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with AWS application-level services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and IAM scoping.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with business systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite, Snowflake, or Workday.
  • Nice-to-have: experience reducing reactive work and creating self-service paths for technical teams.
