Description

  • Act as the link between Sales and IT teams.
  • Understand the needs of global and regional Sales teams and translate them into clear IT requirements.
  • Prioritize, formalize, and defend Sales requests with Product Owners and technical teams.
  • Ensure alignment between Sales and IT roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the definition, evolution, and consistency of Sales tools.
  • Assess technical and functional impacts of tool changes.
  • Track dependencies across products and coordinate the teams involved.
  • Identify quick wins versus more structural improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops with Sales users to align needs across business units.
  • Support teams in adopting tools and new features.
  • Set up regular rituals with IT and Sales for alignment, prioritization, and roadmap follow-up.
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions, and document processes and consolidated business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Revenue Operations, ideally in a B2B environment or complex technical sales.
  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to think in terms of user needs, processes, and durable solutions.
  • Ability to turn business challenges into concrete technical solutions in close collaboration with Sales and IT.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Good understanding of the Sales tools ecosystem and how different systems connect with one another.
  • Professional fluency in French and English, required for international collaboration.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, and a builder mindset focused on improving systems and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, including CPQ solutions, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building AI agents and optimizing AI-powered knowledge bases is preferred.
  • Development knowledge in Python, Vue3, PHP, and modern deployment environments is preferred.
  • Experience with BigQuery or other data warehousing solutions is preferred.
