Description

  • Own the onboarding process for new customers from signed agreement through burn-in.
  • Plan and lead go-live activities, including technical setup, workflow alignment, and training coordination.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for clinicians, therapists, and staff.
  • Track site readiness, user activation, scan completion, and workflow confidence during early adoption.
  • Monitor early utilization data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities during burn-in.
  • Document early success stories and lessons learned from pilots with the VP of Customer Success.
  • Transition mature accounts to long-term Customer Success Manager ownership while maintaining continuity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for onboarding phases, milestones, and implementation progress.
  • Help standardize onboarding playbooks, training templates, and implementation guides.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams to resolve implementation issues and improve workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Clinical Training, ideally in healthcare or digital health.
  • Background in a clinical or patient-care setting such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously with strong responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort leading both small and large group trainings.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to priorities, risks, and status updates.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly as priorities change.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–40% for onsite trainings, pilot activations, and workflow optimization visits.
  • Preferred: Clinical certification or background such as PT, OT, ATC, or nursing.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing or training on clinical technology solutions such as EMRs, remote monitoring, or AI-driven tools.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot, Metabase, or similar systems.
