Description

  • Deliver trained and certified simulation scenarios accurately, reliably, and professionally.
  • Portray a variety of student perspectives and personality profiles using Mursion’s proprietary technology.
  • Facilitate learner reflection and debriefs in alignment with learning objectives.
  • Provide balanced, fair feedback and accurate performance scores to learners.
  • Complete required operational tasks such as forms, attendance, and session documentation.
  • Serve as the session host by welcoming learners, explaining logistics, and answering questions.
  • Enforce session policies, expectations, and learner privacy and conduct standards.
  • Organize and manage availability, session schedules, training, and other assigned work tasks.
  • Prioritize session delivery, meetings, and deadlines while maintaining compliance with delivery team protocols.
  • Support a psychologically safe and inclusive learning environment for diverse learner populations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a professional actor.
  • Improv experience is strongly preferred.
  • Customer-facing work experience outside professional acting, preferably in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 12:00am and 8:00am EST.
  • Ability to consistently work 20-30 hours per week.
  • Ability to complete a 61-hour training plan independently within 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have a private, quiet workspace with a wired internet connection.
  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with higher speeds recommended.
  • Team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and support colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence and a customer service mindset for handling complex conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
  • Commitment to inclusive professionalism, authenticity, consistency, and psychological safety.
