Description

Manage day-to-day Docebo LMS operations, including user management, learning plans, access controls, and support tickets.
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Docebo support as needed.
Configure and optimize the LMS to support customer and partner education across self-paced, instructor-led, certification, and multi-audience programs.
Improve learner experience by enhancing content discovery, navigation, search, access, and personalization.
Support integrations between Docebo and other business systems and identify automation opportunities.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track learner engagement and platform performance.
Support analytics integrations and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary contact for Docebo support escalations, feature requests, and platform updates.
Maintain course catalogue structure, including metadata, taxonomy, and content tagging.
Stay current with Docebo releases and proactively recommend platform and workflow improvements.

Requirements

Open to a fixed-term 6-month contract engagement.
5+ years of experience in customer education, L&D, learning operations, or a related field.
At least 2 years of hands-on Docebo administration experience.
Experience managing an LMS for customer education with multi-audience portal configuration and external learner engagement.
Experience administering both self-paced and instructor-led training (ILT) programs.
Strong knowledge of Docebo platform capabilities and configuration options.
Experience setting up learner engagement campaigns, including gamification and course completion drivers.
Proficiency in building custom reports and connecting LMS data to BI or analytics tools.
Familiarity with UI/UX customization, including widgets and page layouts; CSS and HTML knowledge is a strong plus.
Comfort with flexible working hours to collaborate across global time zones.
Experience with Docebo Connect or enterprise orchestration software such as Workato is preferred.
Experience leveraging AI to improve learner and admin experiences is preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms is preferred.
Docebo Pro certification is preferred.
Background in SaaS platform enablement is preferred.
