Description

  • Serve as a customer success liaison between Evio and customer plans on pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting and administration matters.
  • Provide consultation, drive solutions, and support resolution of customer questions and issues related to contract operations.
  • Review and analyze pharmaceutical manufacturer offerings, including contract terms and health plan requirements, for clarity and completeness.
  • Identify and help resolve incomplete, unclear, or ambiguous contract terms when applicable.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for contract-related and rebate invoicing inquiries from customer plans.
  • Investigate issues and help drive practical, customer-focused solutions to support issue resolution.
  • Partner with internal teams to support invoicing administration, new product development, manufacturer contracting efforts, and related initiatives.
  • Work closely with Synergie Medication Collective, Evio, and customer plans to ensure alignment and customer success.
  • Use clinical pharmacy expertise and health plan experience to advance pharmaceutical contracting-related objectives and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) with Residency, or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
  • Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one state.
  • 2+ years of experience with pharmaceutical contracting medical benefit drugs and related invoicing operations, either through direct contract work or vendor oversight.
  • 3+ years of health plan pharmacy contracting or contract support experience.
  • Operational knowledge of pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) operations and health plan requirements related to pharmaceutical contracts.
  • Ability to analyze contract language and deal offerings, resolve ambiguities, and drive solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of HCPCs, Medi-Span, and ICD-10 coding systems.
  • Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing systems, including ASP, WAC, and AWP.
  • Current understanding of prescription and medical benefits.
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma operational excellence models is preferred.
  • Skilled at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and navigating different perspectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Highly organized and able to synthesize information, make sound judgment calls, and create an action plan.
  • Solution-focused with strong ability to prevent and resolve complex issues.
  • Intellectual curiosity to understand context at both high and detailed levels.

  • Anticipated annual base pay range of $175,000 to $200,000.
