Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate communication between clients and the agency.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding needs, expectations, and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal digital marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries and develop solutions.
  • Analyze client performance data in Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track campaign results.
  • Prepare and present monthly analytics reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client performance through marketing and sales collaboration.
  • Recommend tailored digital marketing solutions based on client goals and campaign results.
  • Advise clients on the best marketing products and strategies to support business objectives.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and account retention.
  • Proactively engage clients to anticipate needs and prevent issues before they arise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Account Management or Client Success experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering digital strategies for performance-driven campaigns.
  • Solid digital marketing experience across SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing.
  • Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong focus on client success and exceptional service.
  • Base salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 plus a bonus incentive plan.
