Description

  • Build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools.
  • Create and manage emails, nurture programs, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
  • Manage audience segmentation, data uploads, and database hygiene to maintain data accuracy.
  • Support the promotion and execution of digital and in-person events.
  • Plan and coordinate Everbridge-hosted and third-party events attended by Sales teams across EMEA.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, then provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and data-related issues to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with international marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies on messaging and delivery.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of MarTech, Salesforce, Marketo, and AI tools to improve demand generation programs.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce is desirable.
  • Understanding of campaign and data workflows is desirable.
  • Exposure to AI, MarTech, analytics, or reporting tools is desirable.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Proactive mindset with interest in growing into more advanced demand generation or marketing operations roles.
  • Experience working within remote or international teams is beneficial but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field is preferred.
