Description

  • Support the design and execution of multi-touch demand generation campaigns across email, outbound, paid search, and paid social.
  • Build demand generation programs that move leads from first touch to booked meeting.
  • Align audiences, offers, landing pages, nurture sequences, webinar promotions, and event registrations to support demand programs.
  • Provide pre-event support and post-event retargeting, and contribute to account-based plays for high-value firm segments.
  • Monitor deliverability, list health, segmentation, and performance across channels to keep messaging relevant.
  • Run structured tests on subject lines, copy, cadence, send timing, and channel mix.
  • Contribute to playbooks and process improvements the team can reuse.
  • Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Marketing to align messaging with pipeline goals and report on performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong fundamentals in deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and testing discipline.
  • Experience supporting webinar and event promotion, nurture programs, or ABM plays.
  • Growing AI fluency and comfort using AI tools and learning how to prompt them well.
  • Fluency in funnel metrics and a focus on pipeline over vanity metrics.
  • Comfort using data such as reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline to guide decisions.
  • Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or another relationship-driven vertical (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar enrichment, sequencing, or paid channel platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads (preferred).
  • Exposure to building AI-assisted workflows beyond out-of-the-box features (preferred).
