Description

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Jenkins from commit to production.
  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters on AKS across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Author Helm charts and manage namespaces, RBAC, configmaps, secrets, and ingress.
  • Provision and version infrastructure with Terraform and Bicep, and manage configuration with Ansible across Azure environments.
  • Enforce security gates in pipelines using Trivy, Checkov, and SonarQube.
  • Manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault and Azure Key Vault.
  • Own observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and OpenTelemetry, including SLOs and error budgets.
  • Manage network configuration including DNS, VPN, ingress controllers, load balancers, and network policies.
  • Lead blameless post-mortems and support continuous improvement across production operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps, Build & Release, or Cloud Engineering experience in production.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Azure services including VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure AD, Load Balancers, and AKS.
  • Hands-on Kubernetes day-2 operations experience.
  • Experience building, publishing, and hardening Docker images.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including YAML pipelines, repos, artifacts, agent pools, and branching policies.
  • Experience with Jenkins, including Jenkinsfile and shared libraries.
  • Experience with Git workflows such as GitFlow or trunk-based development.
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and Ansible for configuration management.
  • Experience using Trivy, Checkov, and SonarQube as blocking pipeline gates.
  • Experience with secrets management tools such as HashiCorp Vault or Azure Key Vault.
  • Scripting experience in Python and/or Bash/PowerShell.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch.
  • Strong networking fundamentals covering DNS, VPN, ingress, load balancers, and network policies.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305, or CKA are preferred.
  • Preferred experience with GitHub Actions, Kustomize, advanced Helm, Bicep/ARM, OpenTelemetry, and APM tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Preferred experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd, Nginx Ingress, cert-manager, and external-dns.
  • Preferred multi-cloud exposure, especially AWS.
  • Preferred experience supporting databases in pipelines such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
  • Preferred experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Preferred experience with high-availability, multi-region, or regulated-industry infrastructure.
