Description

  • Define and execute the multi-year RevOps roadmap for the Consumer GTM organization in line with company OKRs and revenue targets.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of RevOps analysts and Salesforce administrators, including goal-setting, performance management, and career growth.
  • Partner closely with Consumer Sales and CX leadership to provide the data and operational infrastructure needed for fast, confident decisions.
  • Represent Revenue Operations in cross-functional leadership forums and help influence product roadmap and business operations priorities.
  • Own end-to-end administration and strategic configuration of Salesforce and the broader sales technology stack.
  • Design and implement scalable standard operating procedures across Revenue Operations and drive adoption and compliance across the GTM organization.
  • Work with Engineering and Product to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation and process improvements that increase Sales and CX productivity.
  • Build and maintain reporting and data infrastructure that provides executive visibility into sales performance, funnel health, and operational KPIs.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and proactively surface risks and opportunities.
  • Lead strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation and measurement to support quarterly revenue goals.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new sales and CX enablement technologies, including building the business case for adoption.
  • Identify gaps in tools and operations before they become constraints on growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience leading or significantly influencing a B2C or D2C revenue function.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including developing analysts and senior individual contributors.
  • Experience in a high-growth, ambiguous startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven ability to build and implement complex business requirements across CRM and Sales Enablement tools.
  • Systems-thinking approach with the ability to design and orchestrate workflows across large, high-velocity B2C sales organizations.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools to RevOps workflows and analytics for analysis, automation, agent productivity, or decision support.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong project management instincts and ability to deliver against aggressive deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • High standards for data quality and operational rigor.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience partnering directly with engineering teams on systems integrations is preferred.
  • Background in life insurance, fintech, or another regulated B2C vertical is preferred.

Benefits

  • The US national base salary range for this role is $119,000 to $210,000.
  • Compensation may also include bonus and equity, in addition to base salary.
