Description

  • Contribute to the design of gameplay systems.
  • Develop, modify, and debug gameplay software in script and C/C++.
  • Deploy, optimize, and test gameplay software on PC.
  • Work closely with design, animation, audio, art, and QA teams.
  • Take ownership of large gameplay features.
  • Document software and features for internal and external teams.
  • Participate in the code review process.
  • Collaborate on feature and system decisions for the project.

Requirements

  • Experience developing games professionally and shipping AAA titles.
  • Experience using Unreal Engine 4/5.
  • Strong C++ skills with the ability to code and architect gameplay mechanics and tools.
  • Strong math skills.
  • A keen analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Well versed in games with the ability to articulate what is strong or weak about game design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside established solutions.
  • A keen interest in games.
