Description

  • Respond to employee support requests through communication and ticketing platforms.
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and on-premises infrastructure, applications, and enterprise platforms.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, system configurations, and administrative tasks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and other connectivity issues.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements for recurring issues.
  • Contribute to automation, integrations, process improvements, and system upgrades.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide remote support for office and on-premises IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support and engineering roles involving critical systems.
  • Availability to collaborate across the Americas (GMT-3 to GMT-6) or Asia-Pacific (GMT+7 to GMT+9) time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, plus knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Scripting or automation experience with Bash or Python.
  • Understanding of DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and other networking concepts.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and structured troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Professional English proficiency and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • ITIL v3/v4 knowledge or certification preferred.
  • Experience with REST API workflow automation, NetSuite, or Cisco Catalyst/Meraki environments preferred.
