Description

  • Partner with initiative leaders to deliver fun, high-quality live content for LEGO Fortnite.
  • Lead by example through playtesting, candid feedback, and consideration of estimates, direction, and player input.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Art, QA, and production teams to scope, schedule, and deliver work.
  • Establish organizational structure, processes, and practices that enable efficient, on-time, high-quality output.
  • Drive difficult tradeoff decisions across disciplines and support release planning.
  • Keep Shotgrid and JIRA updated in partnership with the Release team.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across multiple development teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and release impacts clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ games developed from concept through launch in production/project management roles.
  • 3+ years operating a live service game.
  • Strong experience using JIRA and other core project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of game development, partner approval processes, and dependency chains.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated communication skills across teams and stakeholder levels.
  • Experience solving complex problems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to drive high-velocity development cycles while balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Ability to adapt and stay effective in highly dynamic situations.
