Description

  • Serve as the primary research advisor for 8-10 employer partners and diagnose their recruiting challenges.
  • Scope projects and create workplans aligned to client objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end research projects from defining needs through delivery of tailored deliverables.
  • Develop customized research protocols and survey instruments.
  • Coordinate timelines and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and client points of contact.
  • Distill quantitative and qualitative findings into executive-ready summaries and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze open-ended responses and translate themes into compelling narratives for talent leaders.
  • Write tailored takeaways and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and client readiness.
  • Present research findings directly to senior and executive stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute ideas for new research objectives, product innovation, and process improvements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, talent insights, consulting, or a related field.
  • Meaningful experience in a client-facing or advisory capacity.
  • Experience turning ambiguous, loosely defined problems into clear research designs.
  • Ability to formulate research questions, design instruments, analyze results, and deliver findings.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and shaping client strategy.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with storytelling ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to run custom projects end to end independently.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship; OPT/CPT holders are not eligible.

  • $80,000-$92,500 annual salary, depending on experience.
