Description

  • Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
  • Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
  • Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
  • Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations.
  • Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4 GB RAM.
  • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
  • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
