Description

  • Partner with the initiative leader to deliver fun, high-quality live content for LEGO Fortnite.
  • Lead playtesting and encourage candid feedback while considering estimates, direction, and player input.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Art, QA, and production teams to scope, schedule, and deliver work.
  • Improve team organization, processes, and practices to support efficient, high-quality output.
  • Drive tradeoff decisions across disciplines and partner with the Release team.
  • Maintain major project tracking databases, including Shotgrid and JIRA.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps across multiple development teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and release impacts to stakeholders.
  • Support successful releases by managing dependencies across teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ games shipped from concept through launch in production or project management roles.
  • 3+ years operating a live service game.
  • Strong experience using JIRA and other core project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of game development, partner approval processes, and dependency chains.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels and functions.
  • Experience solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who can approach challenges creatively and methodically.
  • Ability to manage high-velocity, high-impact development cycles.
  • Ability to adapt and be effective in a highly dynamic environment.
