Description

  • Develop and execute the annual multi-channel demand generation strategy for Epic School Plus.
  • Create integrated marketing programs aligned to sales goals, target markets, and growth objectives.
  • Build campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, pipeline creation, and customer expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities to accelerate growth within strategic districts and state markets.
  • Collaborate with leadership on annual planning, forecasting, and budget allocation.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, ABM, content marketing, paid digital advertising, social media, webinars, virtual events, conferences, trade shows, and customer advocacy programs.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies and manage campaign calendars and execution timelines.
  • Partner closely with School Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align messaging, support enablement, and improve lead management and attribution.
  • Manage marketing funnel performance from inquiry through opportunity creation and continuously optimize campaigns based on reporting and analysis.
  • Develop event marketing strategies for education conferences and district events, including pre-event promotion, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, education publishing, or K–12 education (preferred).
  • Familiarity with district purchasing cycles and educational funding sources (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing attribution platforms (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise or district-level sales teams (preferred).

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $40 to $60 per hour.
