Description

  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and discuss solutions.
  • Present product features and explain how they address customer challenges.
  • Answer customer questions about Entrata's products and offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams and functions.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up to nurture customer relationships.
  • Travel locally and რეგიონally for client meetings, apartment associations, trade shows, and company visits.
  • Build and manage business relationships with property management companies in the West Region.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology or software sales, including SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Strong passion for sales with the ability to present effectively and close deals.
  • Ability to cultivate client relationships and build long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline.
  • Strong social intelligence and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales results and a track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience selling CRM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of property management software is advantageous.
  • Experience working with a remote team is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are advantageous.
  • Existing relationships within the property management industry are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with current trends in property management technology is advantageous.
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
