Description

  • Design the end-to-end technical architecture for Ensono’s Managed AI Services portfolio, including infrastructure, integrations, and operational tooling.
  • Architect solutions that integrate third-party AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI into the managed services delivery model.
  • Define reference architectures for MLOps pipelines, including model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining orchestration.
  • Design AI observability and monitoring frameworks that support proactive managed services delivery.
  • Architect AI FinOps dashboards and cost-governance tooling to give clients visibility into AI spend.
  • Work with security teams to define security and governance architectures for AI workloads, including prompt security, data loss prevention, and access control.
  • Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions for platform components.
  • Partner with Security, the CTO office, Operations, and Product Management to align architecture with business, security, and operational needs.
  • Contribute to service definitions, SLAs, and operational runbooks.
  • Create architecture documentation, integration patterns, and client-ready technical collateral.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, cloud engineering, or platform engineering roles.
  • Deep understanding of managed services design, delivery, and operations; experience at an MSP is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS, including compute, networking, security, and managed AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AWS Bedrock, and SageMaker.
  • Experience architecting ML pipelines, model-serving infrastructure, and AI platform components.
  • Experience designing monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility solutions.
  • Experience with on-premises, hybrid, or private cloud architectures.
  • Comfort presenting to technical and executive audiences and translating complex topics into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government is preferred.
  • Background in FinOps or cloud cost management is preferred.
  • Experience designing multi-tenant service architectures is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and AI governance is preferred.
  • Experience with GCP is a nice to have.
  • Experience with technologies such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, Azure ML Pipelines, SageMaker Pipelines, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor, Evidently AI, WhyLabs, Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Azure AD, IAM, Key Vault, and Zero Trust principles is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, or other relevant cloud or AI certifications are preferred.
