Description

  • Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the customer care platform.
  • Serve as the primary product owner and prioritize features and technical debt with business, Customer Excellence, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Conduct user, business, market, and competitive research to guide product decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Write product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration in an agile environment.
  • Coordinate go-to-market plans, release communications, and internal training to support product adoption.
  • Define and maintain configuration standards and usage policies for the platform.
  • Track, analyze, and report product success metrics to inform prioritization and measure impact.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to balance technical complexity, design, and time-to-market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
  • Experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise CX/CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strong product strategy and roadmap.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
  • Ability to synthesize complex business goals into clear product deliverables.
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
