Description

  • Promote and strengthen client relationships through thought leadership and consultation on business needs aligned to Ensono’s products and services.
  • Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue and create new opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for assigned deals.
  • Monitor sales trends and market dynamics and apply insights to account planning and execution.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Operational and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communicate business and technology value clearly to internal and external audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted IT advisor and contribute to clients’ tactical and strategic planning.
  • Challenge assumptions and existing approaches to improve results and develop innovative solutions.
  • Support the development and mentorship of sales talent through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with accountability for enterprise client relationships in the healthcare vertical.
  • Demonstrable experience in consultative sales, preferably in technology or managed service solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines accurately.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
  • Experience supporting clients with multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
  • Experience with managed services, hosting, mainframe, security, and outsourcing.
  • Strong relationship development and networking skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to consult with client executives on technology solutions from a business perspective.
  • Ability to articulate technology and product positioning clearly and effectively.
  • Organized, analytical, creative, and adaptive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
