Description

  • Drive and exceed monthly revenue quotas for the assigned territory (Minnesota, Iowa, North & South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, eastern Montana).
  • Identify, prospect, generate, and convert leads into customers with a primary focus on sleep and referring physicians.
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to understand needs and sell EnsoHST solutions.
  • Coordinate the sales process with Marketing and Sales Engineers, including product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in coordination with the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and/or Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing and internal teams to develop and refine sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent EnsoData at industry shows and conduct onsite demonstrations as needed, with travel up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sleep medicine sales, specifically home sleep testing (PPG preferred).
  • Proven account executive or medical device sales experience; preferred 5+ years as an Account Executive.
  • Experience closing business in health systems is required; enterprise health system sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Healthcare Software as a Medical Device, SaaS, or healthcare software sales is preferred.
  • Clinical aptitude, strong business acumen, hunter mindset, creative thinking, and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with remote or hybrid teams; previous startup, tech, or software experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and perform remote selling; must be based in the assigned territory and legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Benefits

  • Base salary $90,000 with OTE $220,000, uncapped commissions, new-hire guarantees for the first six months, and bonus potential after annual target is reached.
