Description

  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
  • Design and recommend technical solutions based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve escalations.
  • Support customers through technical calls, solution workshops, and implementation planning.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
  • Monitor support performance and contribute to process improvements.
  • Build long-term relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Technical Customer Success.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript; TypeScript is a plus.
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent Portuguese is required.
  • Advanced English (C1) is required.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • AdTech or MarTech experience is preferred.
  • Python or other scripting language experience is preferred.
  • Experience with mobile application troubleshooting is preferred.
  • OTT or streaming technology experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working with publishers, advertisers, or digital media companies is preferred.
