Description

  • Partner with 3–4 Account Executives across multiple active customer opportunities.
  • Guide customers through Webflow evaluations and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
  • Create and deliver demonstrations that connect Webflow capabilities to customer objectives.
  • Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
  • Represent customer needs to influence short- and long-term product direction.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives advancing Webflow’s mission.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure timely solution delivery.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, preferably in the web development space.
  • Consultative approach with a passion for solving customer problems.
  • Experience using AI for creative problem-solving and openness to emerging technologies.
  • Strong storytelling skills in discovery and product demonstrations.
  • Understanding of APIs and web programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong written, visual, verbal, coaching, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Must reside in the U.S. or British Columbia, Canada, within Central or Eastern Time Zones.
  • Ability to attend an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, California.
  • Valid authorization to work in the applicable country; background checks may apply.
