Description

  • Partner with 2–3 Account Executives to support multiple enterprise customer opportunities and coordinate timely solution delivery.
  • Guide customers through Webflow evaluations to address business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that connect Webflow capabilities to customer challenges and goals.
  • Lead hands-on workshops and trials when appropriate.
  • Represent customer needs to influence short- and long-term product direction.
  • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives supporting Webflow’s mission.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Solutions Engineering experience, ideally in web development.
  • Advanced understanding of APIs and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Consultative approach to customer problem-solving.
  • Strong storytelling skills in discovery and product demonstrations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, coaching, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and automate routine tasks with AI.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone in the United States or Ontario, Canada, and attend in-person onboarding in San Francisco.
  • Valid authorization to work in the applicable country; background checks may apply.
