Description

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to quota-holding Sales Representatives, including preparing proposals, rate-loading documentation, contract paperwork, and internal approval forms.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support deal execution and onboarding.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for a designated group of primarily smaller hotel partners and support their onboarding and activation to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor account health metrics, conduct account check-ins, and identify basic growth, optimization, or upsell opportunities for escalation to primary Sales Managers.
  • Facilitate recurring performance reviews for smaller hotel accounts and review KPIs such as production, conversion, availability, rate competitiveness, content quality, and promotional participation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve hotel performance and document performance discussions and follow-up actions in the CRM.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle by qualifying early-stage opportunities and managing follow-up for high-potential hotel partners.
  • Coordinate account renewals and incremental opportunities while maintaining visibility into long-tail revenue trends and flagging growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on lower-tier opportunities to drive incremental revenue lift and escalate accounts with significant revenue potential or risk to senior sellers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau) and communication tools such as Slack.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and sales outreach software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort leading client calls and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up, accountability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in developing a career in sales operations or account management.

  • Base pay: $70,000 USD (listed base pay range).
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE), with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
