Description

  • Own rate-loading inquiries and tickets end-to-end from triage through resolution.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex rate discrepancies across supply systems.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries to validate rate accuracy, identify coverage gaps, and support ad hoc analysis.
  • Build Python scripts and automations to streamline repeatable rate-loading and audit workflows.
  • Maintain Salesforce-based reporting and workflows used to track partner rate programs and requests.
  • Develop weekly and monthly dashboards for rate quality, coverage, and operational performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Supply, Engineering, and Data teams to translate rate signals into action.
  • Build and maintain SOPs and process documentation as rate operations scale.
  • Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities and lead them to completion.
  • Monitor rate quality and coverage proactively and provide root-cause analysis for operational issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical operations, business analysis, or analytics, ideally with rate management, pricing operations, or inventory operations exposure.
  • Strong working proficiency in SQL and experience querying a modern data warehouse such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reports and dashboards, and ideally light Flow or object configuration.
  • Python proficiency with the ability to write reusable scripts for data manipulation, API calls, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical instincts and a strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively across Sales, Supply, and Engineering teams.
  • Comfort operating remotely and managing your own throughput in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing rates in a GDS such as Amadeus or Sabre is preferred.
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or another rate- or inventory-driven industry such as OTA, hotel chain, TMC, or airline is preferred.
  • Exposure to Looker or similar BI tools, dbt, or production data modeling is preferred.
  • Experience with REST APIs and tools like Postman is preferred.
