Description

  • Own daily revenue intelligence by monitoring GTM, pipeline, and revenue metrics for anomalies, trends, and leading indicators.
  • Interpret analysis findings and recommend actions rather than only producing reports.
  • Create lightweight, high-signal outputs that prioritize speed and clarity for business decisions.
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and develop deep context on the GTM motion and compensation structures.
  • Partner with the Data team to diagnose performance and pressure-test strategy without duplicating infrastructure work.
  • Maintain the KPI framework, including metric definitions and consistency across leadership reporting.
  • Proactively surface insights and issues that others have not yet identified.
  • Support revenue decision-making with business context, including understanding how metrics connect to outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high-growth GTM environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to answer questions independently.
  • Fluency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Outreach, with the ability to extract signals from CRM and sales engagement data.
  • Understanding of pipeline, conversion, ramp, and retention metrics and how they affect revenue outcomes.
  • Foundational business analysis skills, including familiarity with forecasting, risk assessment, scenario modeling, or variance analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, structured outputs for senior audiences.
  • Self-directed, proactive work style with the ability to identify missing data and act without waiting for tickets.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Amplitude is a plus.
  • Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows is a bonus.

  • Base salary range of $120,000 to $155,000 USD.
