Description

  • Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting to customers.
  • Triage complex customer service issues across chat, email, and other support channels.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing operational expectations.
  • Become a product expert with a deep understanding of product functionality.
  • Evaluate issues and determine whether to resolve or escalate tickets.
  • Identify recurring support trends and help create long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support customer needs and product experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a technical support engineer or in a similar role.
  • Ability to navigate Linux and Windows shells.
  • Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with Intercom or a similar ticketing system.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS products, IT security, and data platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into simple, understandable terms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Live coding interview component is part of the recruitment process.
  • Reference and background checks are required.
