Description

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for insider threat detection, DLP, user behavior analytics, and workforce intelligence use cases.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to assess prospect environments, pain points, security stack, and compliance requirements.
  • Own and execute POV and POC engagements, including environment setup, endpoint agent configuration, and success criteria alignment.
  • Assist prospects with deployment planning across on-premise, cloud (SaaS), and private cloud architectures.
  • Configure APIs and troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues during evaluations.
  • Partner with Account Executives as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
  • Share market intelligence, feature gaps, and competitive insights with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs and onboarding.
  • Build reusable demo environments, battle cards, architecture diagrams, and technical collateral.
  • Document deployment best practices and onboarding guides to improve team consistency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience supporting technical evaluations for mid-market to enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, including command-line usage and server administration.
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, and SaaS deployment models.
  • Familiarity with endpoint agents, VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to configure APIs and troubleshoot complex deployment or integration issues.
  • Exposure to scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash for basic automation tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple evaluations and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Lucidchart or Visio preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM is a plus.
  • Cybersecurity or DLP platform experience with Teramind, Proofpoint ITM, DTEX, Varonis, or Forcepoint is a plus.
  • Potential travel of 20%.
