Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as the primary post-sale contact.
  • Lead successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization for customers.
  • Drive product utilization through training, enablement, and strategic business reviews that demonstrate ROI.
  • Own renewals by monitoring customer health, mitigating risks, and maintaining satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate with Product, Support, Sales, and Account Management teams.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues and influence product roadmaps.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  • Multi-thread relationships across customer organizations to strengthen account coverage and engagement.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support account growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B Customer Success experience with a proven track record in adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management, and subscription renewal processes.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, or similar customer success platforms.
  • Experience using customer health metrics to manage account risk and renewal outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills for high-stakes conversations across stakeholder levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work deeply with technical product details.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fully distributed environment.
  • Open to a hiring process that may include up to 3 interviews, with more rounds for director-level roles and above.
