Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that delivers high-quality leads, accelerates pipeline growth, and drives measurable revenue impact across the full buyer journey.
  • Own the full demand generation funnel and create integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target customers.
  • Plan and execute targeted ABM programs for strategic accounts, coordinating personalized campaigns and multi-channel touchpoints with sales.
  • Manage paid advertising, retargeting, and digital marketing initiatives (including LinkedIn and display), allocate budgets, and optimize campaigns for measurable ROI.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models, email nurture campaigns, attribution reporting, and ensure seamless sales integration.
  • Conduct continuous performance analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and operations to align programs, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling demand generation programs that drove measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in ABM methodologies and enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Strong performance marketing experience optimizing paid channels (LinkedIn, display, retargeting) for ROI and managing ad budgets.
  • Advanced HubSpot proficiency, including marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, attribution reporting, and CRM integration; serve as marketing liaison for HubSpot with Operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to build coordinated campaigns and pipeline programs.
