Description

  • Sell clinical trials software (RTSM/IRT) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  • Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Build and maintain client relationships while prospecting for new opportunities.
  • Educate customers on the value of the software platform.
  • Maintain accurate records and log activities in the sales force automation system.
  • Communicate weekly activities and coordinate the sales pipeline with sales leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations about the Endpoint platform.
  • Generate quotes and proposals using available templates.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences.
  • Help create new sales plans and strategies.
  • Negotiate budgets for new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3 years of RTSM/IRT or pharmaceutical services-related sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business software sales.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a sales team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a native German speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Organized with a methodical approach to prospecting.

Benefits

  • Remote role.
  • Annual salary of £95,000 - £105,000.
