Description

  • Use generative AI tools to rapidly prototype and produce high-fidelity renders and videos.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create content for social media, sales decks, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Designer to shape the visual aesthetic for new project launches.
  • Test and implement new AI-supported rendering and animation workflows.
  • Blend traditional 3D/CGI outputs with AI enhancements to create realistic visual storytelling.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through final export.
  • Translate technical blueprints into human-centered visual stories.
  • Mentor junior creators as the lab grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or 3D rendering, with 5+ years preferred.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual work, particularly in making infrastructure visually compelling.
  • Experience in the energy or sustainability sector preferred.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine or Blender preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runaway, Sora, or Veo.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Trustworthiness with confidential information and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Interest in the latest AI research papers preferred.
