Description

  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of dataflows, dashboards, and reporting platforms across the organization.
  • Align the analytics and AI roadmap with strategic objectives and translate business priorities into a scalable adoption plan.
  • Design, standardize, and improve reporting across multiple companies and implement data quality checks, controls, validation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Establish performance metrics and benchmarks for KPIs and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and operational leaders to deliver accurate, auditable reporting and clear business insights.
  • Educate and gain buy-in from stakeholders on analytics standards, data governance, and reporting practices.
  • Prepare and present documentation such as user guides, SOPs, data dictionaries, and training materials.
  • Define and execute AI-enabled analytics, automation of recurring reports, and intelligent data pipelines.
  • Apply AI/ML concepts to forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation while promoting responsible AI and data privacy practices.
  • Set analytics standards and best practices and grow the function toward team leadership and people management as the scope expands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction and/or production-related fields preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting analytics platform administration and reporting tool management such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • 2+ years of experience designing, standardizing, or implementing reporting and data governance processes.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP, accounting, and supply chain systems.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
  • Domestic and international travel required.
  • Strong analytical curiosity, problem-solving ability, high integrity, and ownership of data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and technical leadership skills with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
  • Continuous learning mindset in analytics and AI.
  • Location: Remote - US.
  • Full-time role.
