Description

  • Define and quantify the business drivers across the agent journey, including sourcing, onboarding, activation, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead business analytics and help leadership decide where to focus, what is working, and what to build next.
  • Build a repeatable testing and measurement cadence for the agent product through experimentation, instrumentation, funnel diagnostics, and causal analysis.
  • Own the core data foundations for agent commissions, debt resolution, retention measurement, and lifecycle attribution.
  • Set the vision for AI-powered analytics to automate insight generation and expand self-serve analytics.
  • Inherit, grow, and develop the analytics organization, including hiring, performance management, and team craft.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and finance to turn insights into action.
  • Support the direct-to-consumer annuities business with tracking, sales-funnel analytics, and re-engagement experimentation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience building and নেতৃত্বing teams of managers and individual contributors.
  • Strong business analytics background with solid product analytics fluency.
  • Experience with experimentation, causal inference, instrumentation, and SQL.
  • Track record of fixing definitions, dictionaries, taxonomies, and data quality problems at scale.
  • Excellent executive communication and memo-writing skills.
  • Ability to partner deeply with engineering on data modeling.
  • First-principles problem-solving ability for unfamiliar business questions.
  • Extreme drive, proactivity, and comfort setting the agenda independently.
  • B2B2C experience preferred, with relevant exposure to fintech, marketplaces, real estate tech, or insurance.

Benefits

  • US national base salary range of $211,000 to $331,000.
  • Eligible for bonus and equity in addition to base salary.
