Description

  • Build and expand a sales pipeline to accelerate activity and exceed multi-million-dollar quotas within the first 12 months.
  • Lead strategic client calls, engagements, and industry events to position EnableComp as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client success, and product teams to develop sales strategies, materials, and client endorsements.
  • Cultivate new relationships and qualify prospects among hospital CFOs, VPs, and senior executives.
  • Partner with Client Success and Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
  • Represent EnableComp at conferences and trade shows to promote innovation and industry presence.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to identify expansion opportunities and support long-term client growth.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven direct sales success in healthcare, specifically engaging hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle concepts, including reimbursement, denials, and complex claim categories such as Workers' Comp, VA, and Medicaid.
  • Comfort using virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM to manage the sales process.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level leaders.
  • A self-starter mentality with high energy, discipline, and a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to travel as needed to win and grow key accounts.
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation, veteran administration, third-party liability, out-of-state Medicaid, DRG validation, and denials processes.
  • Understanding of billing for inpatient hospital services.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives and hospital senior management teams.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
