Description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing application development team across backend, frontend, and platform engineering.
  • Foster collaboration with product, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Implement and scale AI-assisted development workflows, including code review, documentation, testing, and refactoring automation.
  • Introduce AI-driven delivery accelerators to improve developer productivity and software quality.
  • Own the modernization strategy for legacy .NET Framework applications to cloud-friendly .NET 6+ architectures.
  • Guide migration of monolithic UIs to React and TypeScript frontends.
  • Define standards for modern API development, including REST, GraphQL, and event-driven services.
  • Lead adoption of modern data patterns such as NoSQL, distributed caching, and event-based integrations.
  • Oversee code quality, performance, scalability, and security across the application portfolio.
  • Manage resource planning, sprint execution, risk mitigation, technology budget, and CI/CD maturity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong C#, .NET Framework/Core, and SQL Server background.
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
  • Hands-on experience modernizing legacy applications and architectures.
  • Practical experience with React, TypeScript, and modern API development.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or DynamoDB.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, with Azure preferred, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tooling or automation frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams through major technology transformations preferred.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, or domain-driven design preferred.
  • Experience with containerized deployments such as Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
  • Exposure to LLM-powered agent workflows, AI orchestration, or MLOps pipelines preferred.
  • Microsoft and other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Timely and regular attendance is required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
