Description

  • Own operational alignment and serve as the primary operational advisor for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop knowledge of client contracts, SLAs, workflows, service scope, and operational dependencies.
  • Analyze performance data and inventory health to identify trends, risks, drivers, and opportunities.
  • Lead root cause analyses and develop, track, and validate outcome-oriented action plans.
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly operational reviews and recurring client meetings.
  • Create client-specific agendas, reporting narratives, and discussion materials.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Services, Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Lead internal account reviews and align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and commitments.
  • Escalate issues with clear context, analysis, and recommended next steps.
  • Document client interactions, decisions, escalations, and action items in CRM and internal systems.
  • Identify systemic improvement opportunities and contribute to process, workflow, and documentation improvements.
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, client-facing roles, or related environments.
  • Understanding of operational workflows, data interpretation, and client support models.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and operational discussions.
  • Ability to influence without authority in cross-functional environments.
  • Consultative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional client-facing presence.
  • Ability to appropriately escalate issues, receive feedback, and adapt in a changing environment.
  • Timely and regular attendance required.
