Description

  • Own full-cycle SMB sales for companies under 100 employees, from prospecting through close.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Manage active opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Build pipeline through strategic, highly personalized outbound outreach into larger accounts.
  • Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives on strategic account penetration.
  • Generate meetings, surface stakeholders, and execute outbound campaigns into target accounts.
  • Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, collaboration, and deal exposure.
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment focused on activity and performance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally as an SDR or BDR.
  • Closing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft.
  • Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions.
  • Comfort with strategic, personalized outbound activity and cold calling.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance.
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales.
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Curious, quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive work style.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $58,500–$65,000 per year with a $25,000 annual commission target.
