Description

  • Define and refine Intelligence Platform and AI advisory offerings.
  • Connect data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and agentic workflows to measurable business and financial outcomes.
  • Shape and operationalize phData’s 2026 AI strategy across Sales, Client Engagement Model roles, Practices, and Delivery.
  • Codify successful advisory approaches into frameworks, toolkits, and templates for repeatable use.
  • Monitor market and partner trends to keep offerings differentiated and current.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Engagement Model roles to shape and close complex Intelligence Platform and AI transformation deals.
  • Lead executive-facing discovery conversations, problem framing, value case development, and transformation roadmap design.
  • Design and package executive-facing offerings such as CXO workshops and AI/Intelligence Platform briefings.
  • Personally lead or co-lead advisory and strategy engagements, including workshops, roadmaps, and executive readouts.
  • Ensure advisory recommendations are integrated with delivery and can be implemented by core practices.
  • Stand up early lighthouse programs that demonstrate the Intelligence Platform in action and create reusable patterns.
  • Equip field teams to position, sell, and deliver advisory offerings through training, artifacts, and shadowing.
  • Contribute to consulting methods, toolkits, and operating rhythms that improve quality and consistency.
  • Mentor senior consultants and managers on strategic thinking, executive presence, and storytelling.
  • Represent Advisory in internal forums to align strategy, GTM, and delivery around a coherent narrative.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or technology consulting.
  • Substantial experience in senior advisory and/or delivery leadership roles.
  • Experience spanning Big 4 or global consulting and at least one smaller, high-growth, or AI-native firm.
  • Proven track record advising C-suite or senior business and IT leaders on data/AI strategy, investment decisions, and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Experience turning strategy into implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sell offerings, including packaging services, pricing, positioning, and field enablement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence in deal shaping, value-based selling, and balancing growth, margin, and risk.
  • Ability to earn credibility with senior executives while working hands-on with solutions, delivery, and geo-distributed teams.
  • Comfort operating in high ambiguity and helping define evolving operating models.
  • Deep understanding of modern data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML as an enterprise Intelligence Platform.
  • Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to multi-geo delivery models across the US, India, and LATAM/nearshore is preferred.
