Description

  • Own and execute conversion-focused content across paid campaigns, landing pages, and lifecycle programs.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Paid Media to launch and optimize high-performing campaigns.
  • Lead ongoing experimentation through A/B testing of messaging, creatives, and page structures.
  • Improve funnel conversion from visitor to lead and from lead to qualified pipeline.
  • Translate complex IoT and connectivity topics into clear, compelling, high-converting messaging.
  • Use performance data and conversion metrics to refine strategy and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate across Demand Gen, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams.
  • Build a repeatable system for testing and scaling high-performing content and messaging.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B content, growth, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven experience creating conversion-focused content, not just blogs or brand content.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and B2B buyer journeys.
  • Ability to simplify technical topics into clear and compelling messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in performance metrics and conversion reporting.
  • Experience in IoT, telecom, SaaS, or developer/technical audiences is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience working closely with paid media teams is preferred.
