Description

  • Own day-to-day content operations across AEM-managed websites and digital platforms.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee publishing activities across multiple markets, brands, and languages.
  • Define and maintain authoring standards, governance processes, and editorial workflows.
  • Create, edit, manage, and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
  • Configure and manage pages, components, editable templates, content fragments, experience fragments, and content policies.
  • Manage multi-site and multilingual operations using AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), including live copies, language copies, rollouts, and inheritance.
  • Manage digital assets in AEM Assets, including uploads, metadata tagging, folder structures, renditions, and asset governance.
  • Oversee AEM workflows for review, approvals, scheduling, replication, and publishing.
  • Lead content quality assurance and coordinate UAT for new components, templates, and platform enhancements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, product, design, development, QA, and content teams, and mentor junior authors and CMS specialists.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in web content management and digital publishing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
  • 2+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial role overseeing content operations or content teams.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise content in multi-site, multi-market, and multilingual environments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites authoring, including components, dialogs, editable templates, content policies, content fragments, and experience fragments.
  • Strong experience with AEM Assets (DAM), including asset uploads, metadata management, renditions, and folder governance.
  • Experience using AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), including live copies, rollouts, language copies, and inheritance management.
  • Experience managing AEM workflows for approvals, replication, and scheduling; familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, SEO fundamentals, structured metadata, URL hierarchy, on-page optimization, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Adobe Certified Professional or Expert in AEM Sites Business Practitioner is a plus, along with experience in Adobe Target, Tealium, PIM systems, or headless CMS architectures.
  • Background in digital marketing, UX, or web design is a plus, and Arabic reading ability for RTL content QA is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
