Description

  • Support ML teams' infrastructure, including GPU and TPU clusters.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Audit and optimize infrastructure and costs across batch and real-time inference workloads.
  • Monitor system performance, configure alerting, and manage hardware resources between users.
  • Deploy and support ML services such as MLflow, Airflow, CVAT, and Doccano in production.
  • Configure CI/CD for ML pipelines and manage the full ML lifecycle from training to serving.
  • Investigate and distinguish hardware issues from code-related issues during infrastructure optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of DevOps experience.
  • At least 1 year of MLOps experience.
  • Experience with GPU/TPU infrastructure and the NVIDIA stack, including CUDA.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of bare metal server environments.
  • Experience with observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Experience with ML serving frameworks such as Triton, vLLM, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Postgres, Redis, and Kafka.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Python or Bash scripting experience is desirable.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Yandex, or Selectel is desirable.
  • Terraform experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Spark or Hadoop is desirable.
